Identification
Proper vehicle and/or product identification is solely the responsibility of the customer.
Proper inspection and fit of the product prior to any and all alterations (eg. painting, priming, drilling, etc.) is solely the responsibility of the customer.
Any alterations needed for proper fit and final assembly are solely the responsibility of the customer. Painted or Prepped hoods are not refundable.
When delivery or shipping is involved a written order may be required.

Grubes Commodities Inc. does its best to ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Special ordered products will be shipped out as soon as the product is delivered and available.
DAMAGE & RETURNS
All measures have been taken to ensure all products are properly packaged for shipping.
It is solely the carrier’s responsibility to deliver the products in original and good condition -Truckliner Parts is not responsible for any damage or loss in transit.
If any part or piece of product or order is missing, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Truckliner Parts immediately.
If any product or order is received as a damaged or opened package/crate/pallet/box, a full and thorough inspection of the contents is required and “DAMAGED” must be written on the delivery sheet, along with a full description of any and all damage. Any damaged and/or opened products or orders that have been signed for without marking “DAMAGED” and description on the delivery sheet become the sole responsibility of the customer.
If damage is found after unpackaging of the merchandise, where applicable, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Truckliner Parts immediately, and within 5 days of the original delivery date.

Before returning any product, prior approval from Truckliner Parts must be obtained. Painted or Prepped Parts are not refundable.
No returned products without prior approval will be accepted.
Shipping methods of any returned products will be arranged by Truckliner Parts.
Any returns for exchange, credit, or refund must be sent within 30 days after purchase. No returns will be considered after 30 days.
Returns must have Return Authorization Number (RMA#) clearly written on outside of the box, pallet, or package. To obtain RMA#, call 260-277-2787.
Any returns must state the reason for the return and condition of the product.
Any return charges resulting from an error in the order or otherwise are the responsibility of the customer.

All original shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.
For exchange, full credit, or complete refund, any products returned must be sent back in clean and original condition. No credit or refund can be issued for special handling, freight or shipping charges, unless expressly stated by us. Any return products must be packaged correctly to ensure no damage by the shipping carrier and must be insured for its full value in case of damage/loss by the shipping carrier, any of which will solely be the responsibility of the customer. Any damage of returned items as a result of improper packaging may result in reduced or no credit or refund given.
Any cosmetic or structural alterations after purchase results in product non-refundability and warranty voidness.
Any damaged products will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Truckliner Parts reserves the right to change the restocking fee without prior notice.
